stable ideas!! i will take any advices?

I am moving my 2 horses home and was hoping to get a boarder or 2. I am trying to come up with stable designs, and have a good idea of what I want in the barn and out side the barn. But I know I will forget something. Can you guys help me with what I should have in the barn…like in the stalls, aisles, tack room…
should I have..
a separate feed room?
Wash stall?
Area in barn for shaving and hay or should it be separate?
Hay loft?
Manure area?
How many paddocks?
What should I have in my tack room?(shelves, room for trunks as well, sink/counter, couch, mini fridge?)
Should I do a full bathroom or only 1/2?
How big should my riding ring be?(outdoor)
Any other advice???
Thanks

I would have a separate tack room for your tack and the boarders tack. Too easy to have stuff stolen.
A separate feed room is a good idea. Overhead hay storage is also a good idea for insulation and also so you don't have to bring hay in over the winter.
Separate room for shavings.
I prefer concrete or asphalt stall floors with rubber mats rather than limestone. You can pull the rubber mats out and disinfect the stall if need be.
Locate the manure area away from the barn but within easy reach so you don't have to haul it too far.
I would also have automatic waterers in the stalls so you don't have to haul hoses or buckets. Stainless is best.
You can do a washroom with a shower if you feel you need one, but a sink and toilet should suffice. The boarders can go home to shower.
