Heavy Duty Grass to stand up to dogs?
I had asked pretty much the same question yesterday, but I left out my climate.
So to re-iterate, I have two dogs (a husky and a shih-tzu) who average 6 hours a day in my backyard playing (they are 2 and 1 respectively). I am wondering what would be the best grass to seed my lawn with as paving it or gravel are not viable options for me.
I live in Southern Alberta, so dry temperate climate.
You may want to check with your local golf coarse. They are experts in heavy traffic grasses.
