ok so im 14 and im trying to get a job because all my friends have one and i have no money at all 
basically i know this small farm near my house and i have been there before and i want to work there, i love animals and i really don't mind cleaning out pig's poo and all that so i thought it would be great if i could work there
so im about to start typing up an email to send them,i want it to be professional and polite so they will accept me please help
i don't know how to start it and what to include and all that so if anyone can give me tips on how to write a persuasive job email thing please please help
also i want to tell them that they can pay me less than they do with their other workers because im underage but how can i say that in my email in a polite way??

Basically you want to sell yourself and sound upbeat and confident. You should never start an email or cover letter for a job by simply stating, "I was wondering about any open job opportunities you might have at the moment" or "I am applying for ______________ position..." because it just doesn't catch the employer's eye.
You could start the email by saying something like, "As a devoted animal lover all my life, it is with great pleasure that I am seeking employment with your farm." You could input any and all experience you've had taking care of animals in any way (maybe you've volunteered or pet-sat for a friend while they were away) and say something like, "Having had recent experience
, I am eager to contribute my abilities to
I am not sure you should say anything about payment or compensation because it doesn't look professional upon an initial job inquiry, and you wouldn't want to run the risk of getting paid less than they might have offered you if you hadn't said anything. So just don't mention compensation in your email. Wait for them to respond and let them lead in that area.
Lastly, wait about a week after sending the email and if you haven't heard anything, politely call and follow up regarding your employment inquiry. Sometimes you have to make the follow-up move, but always give them enough time to read and consider anything they may have for you.
